Walter ProudloveWalter Proudlove

Founder/Chair

Walter Proudlove is currently the Customer Manager and Inside Sales rep for a small medical manufacturing company in the Ottawa west region. He is also former Founder and Co-owner of a small silk screen and embroidery company with well over 15 years experience in business. His roots in the community extend to volunteering for local junior sports teams and the Ottawa Mission in his spare time. Now Founder/President and Chair of the Board for Why Can’t We Feed Eveyone, Walter is trying hard to extend his roots in the ottawa community and beyond.

Nick AyreNick Ayre

Nick brings over 18 years of senior human resources executive and consultancy experience to the delivery and management of human resources, governance and knowledge management for a broad range of Canadian international development not-for-profit and Charitable organizations. Recent experience includes heading up the human resources component of the Canadian Red Cross’ Ebola response to West Africa, and seven years as Vice President of People and Systems at CARE Canada. Currently Nick heads up the HR function for Digital Opportunity Trust, an Ottawa based NGO empowering youth in development countries through the use of ICT’s. In his spare time Nick has also volunteered at a number of local not-for-profits as well as coaching and supporting local youth sports.

Mike McCulloughMike McCullough

Mike is a Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He has been instrumental in fostering collaboration in meetings with clients, users and key stakeholders to elicit, document and analyze business and technical requirements. Mike has previously volunteered with the JA – Junior Achievement ( The Company Program) as a leader/advisor, Scouts Canada as a troop leader, OSU (soccer) and NCAFA (football) as assistant coach/equipment manager, as well as with other local charities such as ‘Pay it forward – Flash Mob Volunteering’ etc.

Ti-Anna HallTi-Anna Hall

Ti-Anna is currently a fourth year honors student at Carleton University and is studying Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in law and a minor in French. She is also a full-time Center Manager/Administrator for TCC Canada. TCC Canada specializes in commercial real-estate, providing both physical and virtual office space solutions. Aside from school and work, she is and has been, a mentor to her peers for two years and is dedicated to helping empower young women in the community.

Stephanie HendersonStephanie Henderson

Stephanie Henderson has over five years of government experience including roles in legislative affairs, policy, and communications. She also has seven years of combined experience in the gastro and fine-dining industry as a line-cook and pastry chef. In her spare time, she is a volunteer Program Assistant with the United Nations Association in Canada, and advocates for Alzheimer’s and dementia research. We welcome her expertise to our WCWFE family.
